At Shaving Thyme, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. This is why we offer a 30-day return and refund policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at email@example.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your proof of purchase, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process as outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Any price difference between the returned and exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.
If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit can be used for future purchases and will not expire.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Personal care and grooming products.
- Food and perishable items.
- Underwear and intimate apparel.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
